Police station officer in ACB net

BHANDARA: Police station officer of Mohali police Station, Pradipsingh Pardeshi, is caught red-handed while accepting Rs 7,000 as bribe on Tuesday by sleuths of anti-corruption buearau office, Bhandara.
The background of the case is that complainant Sanjay Gaidhane of Khapa and his friend have a business of building material supply. Their trucks transport sand and crushed metal and ply on mostly Mohali-Tumsar Road.PI Pardeshi asked Gaidhane to pay him a fixed sum per month to not take any action against the trucks. The amount was settled at Rs 7,000.
Gaidhane then approached ACB with the complaint. A trap was laid and Pardeshi was arrested while accepting the bribe.
